Accessibility statement
DwCyber is committed to making this website usable by people with disabilities, in line with Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to a Service) Regulations, 5773-2013.
The standard we work to
This website is built to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568 (Part 1) at Level AA, equivalent to W3C WCAG 2.0 Level AA with the Israeli national additions. We also target WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
Measures taken
- A "Skip to content" link lets keyboard users move directly to the main content.
- Semantic landmarks and a nested heading structure give every page a clear outline.
- Every link, button and tab can be reached and used from the keyboard, with a visible focus outline. The list of situations also answers to the up and down arrow keys, Home and End.
- Decorative graphics, including the animated drawings and the 3D scene, are hidden from assistive technology. The hero arch has a text description, and the information that matters is also in the text.
- Reduced-motion preferences are respected: smooth scrolling is disabled, background drawings and the list of situations do not cycle, and the animated 3D canvas is not loaded.
- Without that preference, a "Pause motion" button in the top bar stops the movement: the 3D scene, the cycling list of situations and the changing background drawings. It stays stopped until you press it again.
- Text and layout reflow down to a 320 pixel wide screen without sideways scrolling.
- The site has no video, no audio, no forms and no downloadable documents.
How it was checked
Before each release we run automated tests, including the axe accessibility engine and a colour contrast measurement, on every section of the page in a desktop layout and a phone layout, and the keyboard order and focus outline have been checked with a scripted keyboard walk-through.
